Requirements:

Duties:

The applicants shall perform;

• Read & interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications
• Calculate the requirements and plan accordingly
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings & hardware
• Also, prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
• Physically demanding and performing construction-related work
• Measure, cut, and join materials made of wood, wood subtitles
• Assemble and shape lightweight steel & other materials
• Build foundations and install floor beams
• Lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Maintain and repair wooden structures in mills/ mines/ hospitals etc
• Renovate residences in industrial plants and other establishments
• Awareness of all the latest tools and equipment used in the carpenter field
• Showing positive behavior while dealing with customers
• Make sure that all work is complete before the end of the day
• Knowledge of construction and residential construction structures
