Requirements:

The following are the requirements to apply for Tailor jobs in a Furniture company in Dubai;

Qualifications: At least a high school graduation degree is mandatory

Experience: Having 3 to 5 years of working expertise in any renowned tailor shop

Languages: Arabic & English

Duties:

The candidates will perform the following;

• Responsible to perform all tasks given by the furniture manufacturing company
• Constructing, repairing/ modifying garments for customers based on their needs
• Also, take measurements & arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are required
• Good communication skills in Arabic as well as English
• Time management and interpersonal skills
• Able to prepare completed garments for pick-up by removing chalk marks
• Restyling old/ outdated garments based on the specifications of clients
• Moreover, attaching labels to customer’s garments to prevent any type of errors
• Providing clients with cost estimates for the construction of different quality garments
• Repairing garments i.e. patching/ sewing tears and holes
• Ability to shorten sleeves/ straps and narrow lapels etc
• Tapering pant legs, lining sheet garments and removing packets & adding padding, etc
• Provide full services for clients to satisfy them
