Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The people may perform the following;

• Responsible to oversee safety and comfort of passengers abroad on our flights
• To maximize revenue growth & improve customer satisfaction
• Also, performing safety checks, attending pre-flights briefings, etc
• Good communication skills are required
• Effective interpersonal & time management skills
• Demonstrating safety routines and serving snacks to travelers
• Checking tickets and directing them to different gates
• Provide information about the schedule of flights, baggage claim, and airport services
• Greeting passengers and managing overall operations of the airport
• Offering food and beverages to people who are traveling in an airplane
• Ensuring emergency equipment is in working condition otherwise it will be very harmful
• Moreover, participates in pre-flight meetings, service plans, and weather details during flight
• Periodically inspects buildings and working environment in the airport
• Monitor safety standards & activities to control the high degree of aircraft standards
