Requirements:

Following are the requirements to apply for Cashier Assistant positions;

Qualifications: Secondary school graduation degree or equivalent is required

Experience: 1 to 2 years of working experience in the cashier assistant field under a reputed organization

Languages: Arabic & English

Responsibilities:

The candidates will perform these responsibilities;

• Responsible for processing cash, debit, and credit cards
• Check transactions using a cash register efficiently
• Able to use point of sale (POS) in a retail environment
• Also, balancing cash register, making change and recording purchases, etc.
• Good communication skills in English
• Familiarity with the Arabic language
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed
• Moreover, processing returns and scanning items for sale
• Ring up sales, collect cash or credit cards to process transaction
• Verifying the identity of customers paying for credit cards with their names
• Authenticate the age of clients while they purchasing restricted items
• Follow up on all queries of the customers and maintain cash register
• Clean the working area and give assistance to staff members on a daily basis
• Issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions
• Showing good behavior and completing tasks efficiently
