Requirements:
Following are the requirements to apply for the Documents controller cum secretary positions;
Qualifications: Possessing a college-level degree or certification in the document controller field
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
Languages: Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
The candidates shall perform the following duties;
- Responsible to manage & monitor the use of setups among team members
- Process, control, and administer incoming and outgoing documents i.e specifications and drawings
- Follow up and expedite priority items with related managers, engineers, consultants & contractors
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with local as well as global clients
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Ensure all documents are controlled in accordance with the company’s procedure to control documents
- Drive improvements to document processes and procedures
- Moreover, maintain & examine files before releasing blueprints/ drawings
- Sorting and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
