Requirements:

Duties:

The candidates must perform;

• Manage all account transactions of different types of perfumes
• Reconcile accounts payable and receiveable
• Prepare budget forecasts of perfumes used in the season
• Good communication & time management skills
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns on a yearly basis
• Handle monthly, weekly, and annual closings of perfume details
• Control balance sheet and profit/ loss statements
• Moreover, allocating expenses on perfume products, deposition grants, and donating funds
• Coordinate document sharing and changes of duties with the finance team
• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
• Provide all information to management and keep a proper record
• Ensure that all accounts are accurate and conduct routine audits on them
• Make sure that bank payments are timely issued
