- Prepare budget forecasts of perfumes used in the season

- Handle monthly, weekly, and annual closings of perfume details
- Control balance sheet and profit/ loss statements
- Moreover, allocating expenses on perfume products, deposition grants, and donating funds
- Coordinate document sharing and changes of duties with the finance team
- Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
- Provide all information to management and keep a proper record
- Ensure that all accounts are accurate and conduct routine audits on them
- Make sure that bank payments are timely issued
