Requirements:

The following are the requirements to apply for Telephone Operator vacancies;

Qualifications: Possessing college-level certification/ diploma

Experience: Having 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Telephone Operator

Languages: Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

The applicants should perform the following duties;

• Responsible for understanding telephone operator board/ PBX switchboard operations
• Also, receives guests’ messages and delivers same to guests
• Answer incoming calls and provide information about hotel services
• Assists in reporting telephone equipment/ complaints and issues
• Open and close telephone functionality on hotel front office software
• Good communication skills are required
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Logs all wake-call requests and performs call services
• Moreover, provide paging services for hotel guests and staff
• Monitor automated systems i.e fire alarms & telephone equipment
• Keep all records of calls and maintain call charges to the department
• Should be polite while answering the phone calls
• Complete assigned work daily and stay calm and polite
• Place outgoing calls and direct them to the management office in case of any urgency
